About BFJJB
The British Federation of Ju-Jitsu Butokukai (BFJJB) is a not-for-profit organization run by unpaid volunteers. It aims:
- To advance the education of the public by teaching the martial art of ju-jitsu, as codified by the Dai Nihon Butokukai in Japan until 1945.
- To advance the physical and mental well-being of people suffering from social exclusion, especially young people, through the provision of teaching in ju-jitsu, support, education and practical advice.
- To promote the belief in peace and non-violence for the benefit of the public in accordance with the traditional Japanese spiritual values of Budo.
